Publications from Heydenwall

What

Anything that we believe could be of general interest and that has become established in our organisation.

Information from internal areas of other groups will be withheld for at least one season. So that this group has the opportunity to use it effectively itself first.

This is an important behavioural principle for those of us who are in two groups, but also when we take part in internal training sessions of other groups or when we exchange information with others about training or strategies.

When

There is a constant process of writing down observed and new reflections in the Heydenwall environment, this happens in the ‘co-op’ and ‘internal’ areas of the homepage.

There is a step-by-step peer review from ‘internal’ to ‘co-op’ to publicly accessible.

Translations can always be requested and are then usually done quite quickly.

Why

On the one hand, it is very productive for a group to deal with what they are doing. On the other hand, we see no reason to keep what we have learnt to ourselves. We also hope that others will take a critical look at what we say and thus draw our attention to other perspectives or approaches.

This process results in a cycle of innovation. This consists of the following elements: Acting, perceiving, fixing and reflecting. In addition, writing things down makes it easier to pass them on to others.

Who

With us, anyone who feels like writing something down can do so.
Most texts involve several people who criticise and discuss them.
Sometimes there are also working groups, such as in the basic training programme.
The ideal is the co-creative process.
